Marriott Rewards Elite Rollover [Jun 2009 Issue]

Marriott Rewards members will now be able to roll over to the next year any elite-qualifying nights in excess of the minimum number of nights required to renew or achieve elite status. For example, if you achieve Platinum level (requires 75 stays per year) and stay a total of 100 nights in 2009, 25 of those nights will roll over into 2010 and count towards elite qualification. Silver members in excess of 10 nights and Gold members in excess of 50 nights will also be able to roll over elite nights into next year. The rollover offer is only valid between 2009 and 2010. To jumpstart your journey to elite status between May 11 and June 26, 2009, every qualifying night you stay at a Marriott hotel counts twice.
